In preparation for PACOG's summer retreat, I posted a page on the 2010 Commission's site with many of the most important documents pertaining to the Human Infrastructure - and Economic Wellbeing - of Pueblo.
Includes Boyle Report and a link to the "2006 Community Services Impact Report" prepared by Judy Ivan at CSAC.
You will find these documents most revealing about the challenges. Most are available in both .pdf and MSWord formats.
