Helga is the Public Education and Foundation Director at Spanish Peaks Mental Health Center.
 
     Helga Meyer has been a central figure in the revitalization of the Mental Health Association of Pueblo (now renamed Mental Health America of Pueblo). Helga served on the MHAP Board as Treasurer for six years, but ‚ÄòTreasurer‚Äô does not begin to circumscribe the vast amount of service she has performed for us. Nearly all the printed material developed for MHAP and all our membership and registration records achieved excellence through her many hours of behind-the-scenes diligence.
     Helga‚Äôs gifts of fine communication and superb organization have reached far into our community, and all of Pueblo knows and appreciates the useful mental health information and sage advice she garners from developments in the universe of mental health and thoughtfully destills into articles which get published in the Pueblo Chieftain and elsewhere.
     Through her writing outreach and through her continuing position at Spanish Peaks Mental Health Center, our community will continue to be blessed by her caring contributions. From all of us:
