Teenagers' depression, self-injury, anti-social behavior, and anxiety disorders are common today. Yvonne Gallegos offers teen screening that may save a life. Ms. Gallegos is Executive Director of the nonprofit treatment center, Fire for the Nations. She has long worked with individuals recovering for substance abuse, and will speak today about her work with Teen Screen - a program developed at Columbia University. Teen Screen is a comprehensive mental health screening with a particular sensitivity to the 21st Century problems of depression and suicide-risk.
