CITY WIDE RECOGNITION OF VOLUNTEERS AND A SPECIAL AWARD

The Volunteer Coordinators of Pueblo, VoCo, is sponsoring the annual Volunteer Recognition Banquet. The banquet will be May 2, 2008 at PCC.
Programs and agencies that would like to honor one of their special volunteers can be part of this event by contacting Gloria Valdez, Banquet Chairperson for the Banquet information. This year VoCo will be honoring one special volunteer who will be the recipient of the "Juanita Heyn Community Service Award" This is the first year for this award to be given and is in memory of a dear friend of many in the community and a wonderful VoCo member. Agencies who would like to submit an application for this award for their volunteer can call Gloria Valdez, 545-8900. The recipient of this award will receive a beautiful plaque and a monetary award at the banquet. Deadlines for the banquet is April 15th.
The banquet is a special event for our volunteer. Be part of the support of volunteers in Pueblo.
