Full details:

Mental Health meeting for November opens a dialogue on how counselors and ministers in Pueblo can better collaborate and serve clients/congregants in distress.

Although there are sometimes value differences between psychologists, counselors, ministers, and Christian/pastoral counselors there is an important shared value: reducing human suffering and improving quality of life in the population at large.
In this presentation Rev. Suzanne D'Spain and MHA-Pueblo President Richard Pinneau, PhD, will address some of the concerns and disconnects that can arise when one profession tries to refer someone to the other. Those attending will then be invited to raise issues and questions - and to suggest ways in which we professionals might get to know each other better and collaborate in serving our overlapping clienteles.

Rev. D'Spain and Dr. Pinneau would especially like to encourage ministers to attend this luncheon meeting of MHA-Pueblo and to join this dialogue.
