Weds, July 9, 2008 - La Renaissance Restaurant Luncheon

El Pueblo strongly believes that the care of a child doesn’t end with his or her discharge from a residential setting. With the launch of our new non-residential component, which houses the Community to Community, Day Treatment and After Care programs, El Pueblo has truly positioned itself as a community-based resource.

Community to Community is a collection of wraparound services dedicated to following the child back into the home to assist with them with skills in returning home.

Day Treatment is a therapeutic program that establishes a pattern of recovery in the lives of students and assists them in gaining skills to manage their mental health and behaviors in conjunction with earning a high school diploma or GED.

After Care includes comprehensive case management and services to prevent future out-of-home placements.
