The Pueblo Area Interfaith Hospitality Network is holding its 6th annual Picnic in the Park fundraiser on Sunday, June 24 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Mandari Picnic Shelter inside the Pueblo Zoo. The picnic is the organization's largest fundraiser of the year and the goal is to reach the $10,000 mark. It's a great way for famlies to enjoy a day at the zoo and free kiddie rides while helping to support homeless children and families in the Pueblo community.
Admission includes entry to the Zoo, picnic lunch, kiddie rides from 1-3pm, great entertainment, and silent auction.
All funds raised help homeless families in Pueblo.
