Full details:

June special for non-profit staff & volunteers: FREE session to learn deep relaxation and tension reduction methods. Richard Pinneau, PhD, has spent 25 years teaching stress management psychology, clinical biofeedback, yoga, and just about every other natural approach you can think of for helping employees survive in (and thrive in!) the pressures of business and non-profit organizational settings.
Since moving to Pueblo in 2004, Richard has been active in the non-profit community, now serving as President of the Mental Health Assn of Pueblo, Secretary of Pueblo Diversified Industries, and Secretary/Treasurer of the Pueblo 2010 Commission.
These "stress-relief Mondays" in June are an experiment to see whether the Pueblo non-profit community feels the need for some advanced stress management tools during the high-pressure times we live in.
Please note that there is also a session from 4:30pm-5:15pm Mondays for those who can break loose from the office earlier.
