The Center for Grief & Loss Counseling and Education, a Colorado non-profit organization, is sponsoring a one and a half hour workshop to assist people in learning meditation and relaxation techniques. The class is open to the public and will be held Thursday, November 1, 2007 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Franklin Elementary School, 1315 Horseshoe Drive, Pueblo, CO. The facilitator for the seminar will be Marcia Beachy, a psychotherapist in private practice in Pueblo with 23 years’ experience in traditional and holistic therapies. Meditation and relaxation techniques are helpful for depression and stress, as well as experiencing one’s own unique sense of spirituality. Donations will be appreciated.
