I have specialized in the treatment of depression, bi-polar disorder, anxiety disorders, especially post-traumatic stress disorder and eating disorders. I am also an Employee Assistance Program counselor for Magellan, Aetna, GHI, United Behavioral Health

For the results of trauma and for phobias, I utilize the extremely effective modality of Emotional Freedom Techiques
For anxiety disorders, I use the new treatment "A.C.T"
(Acceptance and Committment Therapy) described by Eifert and Forseyth.
For difficult family situations, I use Structural and Strategic Family Therapy.
For depression, I use cognitive behavioral therapy, Mindfullness techiques, and the acquisition of self-compassion
