My approach is one of compassion and acceptance with a firm grasp of the work of ego/personality/soul (Self) integration. I utilize Jungian psychology, dream work, and personal empowerment/coaching techniques along with various hypnosis and regression therapies to assist clients in their inner work. My research/training in death, grief work and soul memory healing offer the client release from the past and a more open consciousness with which to fully live their lives.

Summary of my work and qualifications

I have 22 years of counseling experience, both in private practice and clinical settings. My ideal client is a motivated adult who is seeking to step into their own empowerment. Motivation may come through stress, grief recovery, relationship issues, or questioning the meaning of suffering. My specialty is regression work (both past and present life healing), stress and pain management, and body-mind-soul connection.
On November 1, 2006 I opened my Pueblo private practice in Psychotherapy and Regression Therapy. It is my desire that the soulful, depth work I offer might compliment the already excellent professional services in our community and the surrounding area.

NOTE: Regression therapy is usually *not* appropriate for clients dealing with severe personality disorders, hallucinations, and various acute mental illnesses. This is due to the tendency to create escape fantasies, become ungrounded, or attempt manipulation and control of the session.
